Secretary's Report

The minutes of last year's general meeting have been posted on the
site for some time now.

The board has been in continuous session since last year, during
with essentially nothing has happened.  The llg-board list itself is
the minutes for that non-occurence; if anyone *really* wants me to
generate something approximating minutes, let me know.

The new giant list of projects was (finally!) added to the website a
couple of weeks ago.  I apologize for the delay.

I have a feeling I'm missing some other major secretarial thing I
did; someone tell me if something's obviously missing here.
